Member-Only Meetings

The Ontario Public Buyers Association (OPBA) hosts quarterly meetings for Procurement Specialists and People Leaders to share insights, discuss emerging issues, and strengthen connections across our procurement community.

These member-only sessions offer an open, collaborative space where professionals can:

  • Share their experiences and perspectives

  • Explore challenges and opportunities in a supportive peer environment

  • Exchange ideas and best practices

  • Learn from one another and broaden their understanding of evolving procurement trends

  • Build stronger connections within the OPBA network

Whether you are a frontline practitioner or a people leader guiding procurement teams, these conversations foster meaningful dialogue and help strengthen procurement excellence across public agencies.

Join us each quarter to stay connected, informed, and engaged with peers.

Procurement Specialists Meetings

(formerly Buyers Meeting)

Join us quarterly for a unique and inclusive gathering of procurement peers! Our Procurement Specialists Meetings offer a welcoming space for professionals in a Procurement capacity within their organization, regardless of title.

Our goal is to cultivate a culture of open dialogue, curiosity, and inclusivity among peers. Procurement Specialists are welcome to share their perspectives and engage in a free-flowing exchange of ideas. This is an opportunity to learn from one another, broaden our perspectives, and strengthen the bond within our network of procurement professionals.

These facilitated sessions use a structured yet flexible format that ensure everyone’s voice is heard and that current topics of interest are shared and discussed. Come prepared to ask questions, listen, and connect with peers in this networking session.

Don't miss out on these opportunities to be a part of an enriching and open-minded gathering.
