Supply Ontario is inviting feedback on proposed Buy Ontario policies under Bill 72. Public sector procurement professionals can review the proposals, submit comments, and subscribe to email alerts through the Ontario Regulatory Registry.
Note: Detailed implementation guidance is still evolving. Public agencies should continue to consider applicable trade agreement obligations (including CFTA and international agreements) as further direction is released.
New CFTA & CETA Procurement Thresholds (2026–2027)
Updated procurement thresholds under the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) will take effect for the 2026–2027 cycle. Review the updated limits and what they mean for upcoming procurement projects.
