Buy Ontario (Bill 72): Invitation to Provide Feedback

Supply Ontario is inviting feedback on proposed Buy Ontario policies under Bill 72. Public sector procurement professionals can review the proposals, submit comments, and subscribe to email alerts through the Ontario Regulatory Registry.

Note: Detailed implementation guidance is still evolving. Public agencies should continue to consider applicable trade agreement obligations (including CFTA and international agreements) as further direction is released.
